| In 2005, World Bank
has assisted the Department of Architecture and Planning
Management (Hanoi) to develop their capability in integrated
land use planning and transport planning. The project is one
component in Hanoi Urban Transport Project and funded by GEF
(Global Environment Facility).
Anthony Mann has successfully
conduct the project with the support of Ly Quang Dong as
national consultant.
The project then has been
approved by World Bank with project fund upto 2 million US
dollars for DAPM.
