Urban Environmental
Planning Program is an EU initiative to support 10 provinces
in the south of Vietnam through the Ministry of Construction (MoC).
This program had various components to help the local
authorities in 10 provinces to improve their environmental
condition through small grant projects which is planned,
implemented and managed by local stakeholders in a participatory
method. Ly Quang Dong has
contracted by the Program Task Force to conduct the component
namely 'Networking and Institutional Strengthening' with
Association of Cities of Vietnam (ACVN) to document the 'best
practices' then disseminate them nationwide. The production then
be utilized by ACVN in up-scaling activities in the following
years. |
