Anthony Mann had more than 30 years of experience in urban development field in East Asia. He involved in a huge number of international assistance projects in developing countries in the region, including Vietnam, Laos, Tonga, Nepal etc.

His expertise focused in integrated urban planning, infrastructure planning development and housing policy.

Anthony Mann is an UK citizen currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is the co-founder of EZConsulting Vietnam.

Ly Quang Dong is an architect, urban planner with over 14 years of experience in architectural design and urban planning in Vietnam and Australia.

Dong can play a role of an architect as well as urban development specialist. His track records show number of positions hold in design and urban planning.

Dinh Huyen Chau

Urban Environmental Planner

Dinh Huyen Chau has graduated architect since 2000 then went to Australia for Master Degree in Urban Environmental Planning course.

She has rich working experience with CCU, a state owned consultancy firm affiliated to the National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE)

Her expertise includes architectural design, environmental and urban infrastructure planning.
